Dr. Douglas is a woman of some wealth. Before she refused to state on the grounds it would tend to incriminate. Her whether she had given $600.00 per month for three years to Robert William Weiner.

This fund is used for many purposes. including the trips of secret Soviet agents to Latin America. European countries. and Moscow. It has also been used to bring secret agents into this country. The case of Dr. Douglas could be multiplied a number of times. Red educators are also often in a good position to raise funds from wealthy persons for Communist conspiratorial purposes.
